Reading for wellness

Bring home
a library.

Unlimited physical books, delivered to your home. Borrow all you can read, from ₹399 a month.

Tired of coming home to glowing screens, dinners full of notifications, and conversation that never quite goes deep?

Screens are built to hold your attention. A book is built to return it. klib brings physical books to your door, an analogue alternative to the endless scroll, with three annual plans to fit how much your home reads.

For everyone under your roof

A shelf the whole house can share.

One plan, three readers, three kinds of quiet.

The Family plan holds three books at a time. Here is what each reader takes from it.

The child

Attention, before the feed claims it.

Focus is a muscle, and it forms early. Imagination from a page, not an algorithm, and a screen-free hour that never feels like a punishment.

The parent

The analogue wind-down.

The way back to stillness after a day on screens. And the habit children copy, rather than the one they are told to keep.

The grandparent

A mind kept limber, a story kept close.

Physical books ask less of tired eyes than a backlit screen, and there is quiet pride in being the one who taught the family to read.

Why read now
Everyone can get the answer now. Almost no one can question it.
AI can summarise a book in seconds. It cannot do the thinking that reading one builds in you.

A summary hands you the conclusion. A book hands you the argument, the doubt, the turn you did not see coming, the slow work of changing your own mind. That is the muscle no model can build for you. It is the reader who walks into work able to hold a hard problem in their head, frame the better question, and judge the answer a machine gives back. And it is the child raised on books who learns to think their own way out of anything, long before the world hands them problems with no summary to lean on.

The future will not belong to those who can find information. It will belong to those who can still sit with it.

What we believe

Four convictions, quietly held.

What we think a reading life is actually for.

Not productivity. Not streaks. Something slower, and more lasting.

A book never notifies you.

Attention you choose to give, and get back.

Depth is a form of rest.

One story, read slowly, restores more than a hundred skimmed.

The habit is the gift.

One book a month compounds into a reading life.

Wellbeing needs no campaign.

No badges, no streaks. Only your presence, quietly returned.

Why borrow

Why buy every book you'll read once?

Most books are read once, then shelved for years.

Borrowing keeps the reading and skips the rest.

Read more, spend less.

One hardcover can cost more than a month of klib. Borrow a shelf's worth for the price of a single book.

No clutter, no guilt.

Books arrive, get read, and go back. No shelves groaning under things you finished years ago.

Always something new.

The next book is one order away, never a trip to the shop. Fresh titles keep arriving as fast as you read.
